Last year, Mahindra & Mahindra launched the new-gen Thar in the Indian market. The 2020 model of the SUV got rapidly popular among buyers in the Indian market. The waiting period of the SUV is over nine months. The new-gen Mahindra Thar is popular among the buyers for its modern looks, feature-loaded cabin and off-road capabilities. Like the first-gen model, enthusiasts around India are modifying the new-gen Thar as per their preferences. Here’s one such Mahindra Thar, which features a stunning looking wrap.

The Mahindra Thar you see here employs matte purple wrap, which looks marvellous. The new Mahindra SUV now looks unique and plush. Upfront, it also gets an aftermarket Jeep-like grille, which features seven slats. The side mirrors of the SUV are covered with gloss black wrap. Other than this, no customizations have been done on the SUV. The overall cost of this modification is not known, but it doesn’t seem to be that expensive. One can directly contact Wrapaholix for more information. This 2020 Mahindra Thar belongs to popular YouTuber Sahibnoor Singh. Talking about the new-gen Mahindra Thar, it gets powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine, which develops 150 Bhp of power and 320 Nm of torque. It also gets propelled by a 2.2-litre diesel unit, which is capable of shredding out power and torque outputs 130 Bhp and 300 Nm, respectively. Transmission duties are done by a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

The 2020 model of the SUV is offered in three different trim levels, namely -  AX(O) and LX. Inside, the 2020 Thar comes loaded with features like a multi-function steering wheel, 12-volt accessory socket, keyless entry, front power windows, cruise control, and roof-mounted speakers. It also sports a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with the latest connectivity techs. Moreover, the new-gen Thar comes with a four-wheel-drive layout with mechanically-locking rear differential as standard fitment across the range. It gets retailed at a starting price of Rs 11.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base trim and goes all the way up to Rs 14.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top-spec variant.
