This Hyundai Aura with just 1000 km on its odometer is up for sale at a slight premium over its ex-showroom price but you can surely bargain hard as the seller is in urgent need of money
Hyundai Aura was launched earlier this year as a replacement for the Xcent. It was based on Hyundai’s Grand i10 Nios and adopted the new ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design theme. The Aura also featured a detuned iteration of the Venue’s 1.0L turbo-petrol motor, which was later on fitted inside the bonnet of the Nios as well. With so much on its side, Aura is a car to check out if you are in the market to buy a compact sedan. However, exploring the used car market would not be a bad decision either as the Aura has already entered this space. Here is one we came across on an online used car listing. It is almost new and has clocked only 1000 km on the odometer.
Hyundai Aura gets a similar face as the Grand i10 Nios but with dual-element boomerang-shaped LED DRLs.
The car is located in Guwahati, Assam. The asking price for this Aura is mentioned as Rs. 8.00 lakh, while its on-road price in Guwahati is Rs. 7.96 lakh. Of course, the seller would be open for negotiations. He has already mentioned that he is in urgent need of money and hence, he might let go of the car for somewhat lesser amount than what he bought it for.
The car in question here is the SX variant of the Aura and is finished in the rather subtle Titan Grey paint scheme. Since it is hardly a couple of months of old, the new owner will get to enjoy the company warranty and free services for the remaining duration. Talking of the features, the Sportz variant is decently loaded with them. It gets keyless entry and go with push-button start-stop system, automatic climate control, 8.0-inch infotainment screen with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, steering-mounted audio controls, wireless phone charger and more
Hyundai Aura gets a dual-tone dashboard with unibody housing for infotainment screen and instrument cluster.
Powering this particular example is the 1.2L Kappa motor. It is offered in a naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder configuration to belt out a peak power output of 83 PS and a max. torque of 113 Nm. It is the manual variant of the car, thus comes with a 5-speed stick shift unit. However, there are 2 more engine options offered with the Aura. There’s a 1.2L 3-cylinder ECO Torque oil burner that puts out 75 PS of peak power and a 1.0L 3-pot turbo-petrol that produces 100 PS of peak power. The 1.2L Kappa motor is also available with the option of CNG.
