Nora Fatehi Takes Delivery Of Her New BMW 5 Series

The BMW 5 Series is known as the driver's choice among the premium executive sedans. Clearly Bollywood is like the 5 Series as well with Nora Fatehi recently takes delivery of one.

The current generation BMW 5 Series launched in India in 2017 and has been posting strong sales numbers ever since. Competing in the premium executive sedan class along with the likes of the Mercedes E-Class and Audi A6, the USP for the BMW is that it brings in best in class dynamics. The 5 series has been historically known for being the most driver-focused sedan in the segment, and the current G30 generation is no different but also brings added comfort as well. As premium sedans in India are mostly chauffeur-driven, this increase in ride quality has brought in a newer section of buyers as well. The picture has been uploaded by scorpio._.lovers on Instagram, and we can see Bollywood star Nora Fatehi taking delivery of her brand new BMW 5 Series. Bursting on to the Hindi movie scene with Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans, Nora Fatehi has quickly become a regular staple in movies with her cameo appearances for songs and music videos. Looking at the picture, she has bought her G30 5-series in the shade of Black Sapphire Metallic, giving the sedan an understated look.

Prices for the BMW 5 Series range from Rs 55.40 lakh for the base 530i Sport and goes up to Rs 68.40 lakh for the 530d M Sport, ex-showroom. There are three powertrain choices, 1 petrol and 2 diesel. The petrol is a 2-litre twin-turbo unit which makes peak power and torque figures of 250 PS/350 Nm. The smaller diesel is a 2-litre twin-turbo unit as well and makes 190 PS/400 Nm of max power and torque figures. The other oil burner is a 3-litre 6-pot, making 263 PS of max power and 620 Nm of peak torque respectively. All engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.

If you want your BMW 5 Series with a bit more power, the German automaker will offer you the M5 Competition super-saloon for Rs 1.54 Crore, ex-showroom. It is powered by 3-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol which makes 620 PS/750 Nm of peak figures. It is mated to a faster 8-speed automatic transmission and also comes with all-wheel-drive, though you can make it rear-wheel-drive with the press of a button if you wish.
