Maruti Suzuki's True Value dealers to Expand Network to 200 Outlets

Having presented in 132 cities in India, the sales network from Maruti Suzuki, True Value has recently expanded to 200 outlets to provide an ease for the customers to get approach to Maruti Suzuki cars.

Back to 2017, the sales network of Maruti Suzuki had confirmed a thorough revamp of their True Value operation with the aims of being attractive as well as transparent to the customers. 

The transformation has contributed to the visible look to catch the attention of the customers, where a variety of pre-owned Maruti Suzuki cars are being displayed at the front.

Remarkably, all the outlets will also be digitally integrated via a portal. The customers, hence, can be pro-active in terms of getting details of the available cars at all the True Value outlets across the country.

Speaking about this expansion, Mr. RS Kalsi, Senior Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India, has stated,

“The pre-owned car market is rapidly growing, and customers are putting their trust in organized players for their needs. With the upgrade of Maruti Suzuki True Value showrooms, customers can avail a better experience, better products and a hassle-free journey of car buying.”

Being launched in 2001, the True Value has gained trust and reliability from the customers. The cars sold will be undergone a rigorous inspection. In particular, the certified ones must be under one lakh kilometres of driving and 7 years of using.

Other vehicles such as the one with retrofitted CNG/LPG kits, more than two owners, commercially used vehicles or being involved in accidents could not be qualified for the ‘certified car’ tag.

Maruti Suzuki True Value cars have done the work for 376 points which definitely identify the refurbishments as well as service jobs. The citified ones are sent to Maruti Suzuki workshops afterwards to fix issues if any. Among them, there is only Maruti Genuine Parts will be used during repair jobs.

The cars will be inspected thoroughly

The given points are counted on the basis of six parameters including

• Engine

• Suspension

• Brakes

• Electricals

• Transmission 

• Steering control and exterior and interiors

Apart from being inspected thoroughly, the cars will also be packed with one year warranty along with multiple free services. In the near future, Maruti Suzuki plans on building up to 400 True Value used car outlets across the country.
