2021 Kia Carnival Revealed in U.S. With New Logo

Kia will soon launch the new-gen Carnival in the American market. It will get propelled by a 3.5-litre petrol mill.

Recently, the Korean automaker Kia has revealed the new-gen Kia Carnival in the American market. The upcoming model of the SUV will replace the ongoing Sedona. The all-new Kia Carnival will be the company’s first vehicle to be introduced under Kia’s new brand logo. The Kia MPV is expected to launch in the coming months. The MPV will be offered in a 7 or 8-seat configuration. Mechanically, it will get propelled by a 3.5-litre V6 petrol unit, which develops 290bhp of peak power and 355 Nm of twisting force. The engine comes paired with an 8-speed AT. The power train offers up to 3,500 pounds of towing capacity. The all-new Kia MPV will be offered in four distinctive variants namely- LX, EX, SX and SX Prestige.

The MPV will feature the company’s new boxy SUV style, signature Tiger nose grille, 17- or 18-inch alloy wheels, high-tech LED headlamps, rear skid plate garnish, bold wheel arches and sleek combination taillights. The all-new Kia Carnival will be offered with Slide-Flex seating for 8 passenger versions, which will allow multiple configurations including a second-row centre seat.

The MPV will also be offered with heated and ventilated second-row VIP Lounge seats with power controls, leg extensions in up-level 7-passenger configurations and wing-out headrests. Moreover, the MPV will get removable second-row seats and fold-in-floor third-row seats for large cargo room.

It will come loaded with a lot of convenience features like hand-free opening power sliding doors with smart key, dual rear screen entertainment monitors, hands-free Smart Power Liftgate with auto close, passenger voice recognition, smart key with one-button open/close functionality, safe exit assist, rear passenger view camera and passenger talk cabin intercom system.
