5. How To Apply For A Driving License In Delhi In Person At The RTO Office?

To get a driving license in Delhi in person, you could download the forms and bring all relevant documents to the Regional Transport Office in your jurisdiction to get the application process done manually. You will be required to pay Rs 250 for the test fee. Keep the receipt and bring it to the RTO centre during the time of your DL exam.
