Discounts On Maruti S-CNG Cars In October 2019

Amidst the slump in the whole auto industry in India, many carmakers have reported a decrease in the sales number. Maruti Suzuki, the largest automaker in India, is not an exception. In September 2019, the carmaker reported a sales number of 1,10,454 units, which witnessed a 27.1 YoY decrease.  To partially resolve the issue, massive discounts have been available across the Maruti portfolio in India.

The company believes that using alternative fuels before completely switching to EVs is one of the best methods to minimize the serious problem of pollution in India. Therefore, a large CNG portfolio is offered by Maruti Suzuki in India and the S-CNG lineup is also being available with large discounts this month.

The Maruti S-CNG portfolio in India is being available with massive discounts.

Firstly, the model which gets the highest discounts is the Maruti Alto with discounts of up to INR 60,000 including a cash discount of INR 40,000 and an exchange bonus of INR 20,000. Next is the Alto K10 which is available with discounts of INR 55,000 (INR 35,000 cash discounts and INR 20,000 in exchange bonus). The Eeco comes with INR 50,000 off which consists of a cash discount of INR 25,000, an exchange bonus of INR 20,000 and a corporate discount of INR 5,000. This month, if you buy a Wagon R, you can save up to INR 25,000 including an exchange bonus of INR 20,000 and a corporate discount of INR 5,000.

The Maruti Wagon R CNG is one of the models which get huge discounts this month.

The S-CNG product catalogue by Maruti Suzuki has been expanded on a regular basis with latest Alto CNG being introduced in June and was then followed by the CNG version of Ertiga in July. The company’s first EV for India, the Maruti Wagon R EV will be launched next year and will have a driving range of more than 200 km per charge.
