Parmish Verma is known for his work in the punjabi film industry, but the superstar also has a thing for blingy alloy wheels. Don't believe us? Check out his Toyota Fortuner with 22-inch wheels here.
Toyota Fortuner is quite a famous SUV in the Indian market. Not just common people but celebrities, politicians, and almost every big shot of the country has one in their garage. Also, a set of Toyota Fortuners are a part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s motorcade and are used by security personnel. However, the one we have on feature today belongs to the Punjabi superstar – Parmish Verma. And, interestingly it sits on a set of massive yet flashy 22-inch alloy wheels, sourced from KB Tyres, Ludhiana, Punjab. These humongous chrome-finished rims feature a multi-spoke design and are shod with low-profile rubber. It is the second-gen Fortuner that was launched in India in 2016. The Fortuner comes with 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels as standard fitment, which we believe were too small for the star’s liking.
Parmish Verma’s Toyota Fortuner also features a de-badged aftermarket grille at the front. Apart from this humble Toyota Fortuner, Parmish Verma also owns a set of other flashier cars. Last-gen Range Rover Sport and Mercedes-Benz G-Class are the cars that share the star's garage with this Toyota Fortuner. The star is known for his work in various Punjabi movies and songs.
Talking of the Toyota Fortuner, it is quite a big vehicle in terms of its dimensions. The Fortuner measures 4,795 mm in length, 1,855 mm in width, and 1,835 mm in height. While the Fortuner is loved for its comfortable ride quality, it is highly capable off the road. It features a ground clearance of 225 mm. Other credentials that help the Fortuner excel off the road are its approach and departure angle, which are measured at 29 deg and 25 deg, respectively. It also has a break-over angle of 25 deg, whereas it can wade through waters, as deep as 700 mm.
Toyota has recently launched the facelifted version of the Fortuner in Malaysia, which will be makings its way to the Indian market, sometime next year. The facelifted Fortuner is launched in two versions: Base and Legender. Also, with the update, the 2.8L diesel engine of the Fortuner gets revised power and torque output of 204 PS and 500 Nm, respectively.
