The video has been uploaded by Amar Daryan on YouTube in which they have a new Renault Kiger Turbo for a mileage test. It is a tank to tank test, i.e, the vehicle is filled up to the brim, and then driven in different conditions. Following this, it is filled up again and then the mileage is calculated on the basis of how much fuel is consumed. On the highway, at speeds of 80 kmph, the Kiger’s MID displays an economy figure of 23.2 kmpl, which drops to 22 kmpl when speed rise to 105 kmph. In city conditions, the economy displayed by the MID remains at a constant 22.4 kmpl. After driving around for close to 100 km, the Kiger is filled up again and the mileage is calculated, which results in a fuel economy of 21.3 kmpl. This is very impressive considering it was being driven in Sport mode for the whole duration and the turbo-engine makes 100 PS of peak power.

The Renault Kiger comes loaded with features like tri-beam LED headlights, LED DRLs, LED taillights, dual-tone alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with integrated Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch fully digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, keyless entry, wireless phone charging, and steering mounted controls and more.
