Not every day you come across a Tata Altroz, which rides on a set of 17-inch aftermarket alloy wheels. Well, here's one, take a look at it here.

Tata Altroz is one of the most popular premium hatchbacks offered in the Indian market. In its segment, it rivals with the likes of Maruti Baleno and Hyundai i20. It is known among the buyers for its modern looks and spacious cabin. The Tata hatchback was launched in our market in early 2020. Enthusiasts around India also modify the car to make it look more appealing. Here are a few images of Tata Altroz, which gets chic-looking aftermarket alloy wheels.

The regular model of the car employs two-tone 16-inch alloy wheels. The Tata Altroz you see here gets aftermarket, multi-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels. These rims have enhanced the overall look of the hatchback. The silver-coloured spokes are gelling up well with the white colour shade of the car. These alloy wheels are of Plati brand, and the mod job has been done by Monga Tyres, who are based out of Ludhiana, Punjab. Other than this, no customization has been done on the car. The overall cost of this modification is not known, but one can directly contact the customizer for more information.

Mechanically, the Tata hatchback is powered by 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. The former develops 86 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque, while the latter is capable of shredding our power and torque outputs of  90 PS and 200 Nm, respectively. Transmission duties on the Altroz are performed by a 5-speed MT. The petrol mill is rated to offer 19 kmpl of mileage, while the diesel motor offers fuel-efficiency of 25 kmpl. Tata Altroz is the most affordable car in India with a 5-star Global NCAP crash test rating. In terms of dimensions, Tata Altroz is 3,990 mm long, 1,755 mm wide, 1,523 mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2,501 mm. Moreover, the premium hatchback stands 165 mm above the ground and has a boot space of 345 litres. Inside, it comes loaded with features like steering-mounted controls, automatic climate control, a touchscreen infotainment system with latest connectivity features, a semi-digital instrument console and much more.
