Hyundai Mobility Membership is the latest program launched by the Indian subsidiary of the South Korean carmaker in order to provide better car ownership experience to its customers
Hyundai Motor India has come up with a new program called “Hyundai Mobility Membership”. The new membership program is described as a “one-stop solution to fulfil different needs of customers throughout their ownership journey.” The new program covers different aspects of car ownership, providing enhanced convenience and better benefits for customers.
Speaking of the new initiative, Mr S S Kim, Managing Director and CEO of Hyundai Motor India Ltd, noted that Hyundai Mobility Membership would provide an “unmatched ownership and lifestyle experience.” According to him, the new program is a part of Hyundai’s Future Ready Business Strategy, which is expected to strengthen the connection between the car brand and its customers. He also added, “Beginning the journey with more than 20 distinct partners under one platform and no membership fee, ‘Hyundai Mobility Membership’ will create value proposition further leading to enhanced customer convenience and satisfaction”.
Under the Hyundai Mobility Membership, Hyundai has worked with other renown companies in different scopes of the automobile-related industry to cover the three Key Pillars of customer needs as follows:
Core Car – Carefree Driving: In this aspect, Hyundai has teamed up with Hyundai MOBIS, Shell and JK Tyre to provide a “one-stop solution that caters to all your car needs.” In other words, Hyundai and its partners will offer services related to accessories, fuel, tyres, lubricants and more.
Mobility – Always on the Move: For this key pillar, in collaboration with Revv, Zoomcar, Avis, Savaari and DriveU, Hyundai's Smart Mobility will make the travelling easier as well as provide the mobility solutions for the customers. Some of the services are covered under this aspect includes vehicle rental, vehicle subscription, chauffeur service and ride-hailing.
Lifestyle – Your Life Your Way: In order to enhance convenience during the transaction process, Hyundai will collaborate with multiple partners like Gaana, Zee5, Dineout, Sterling, 1Mg, Fitternity, Eazydiner, Chaayos, OYO, Portronics, Lenskart, Housejoy and Vedantu.
