Kia Sonet was launched in our market a few months back. The company’s all-new sub-4-meter SUV is doing quite well in terms of overall sales. In its segment, it rivals with the likes of Maruti Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport and Mahindra XUV300. Enthusiasts around India have started customizing the Kia SUV to make it look more eye-catching. Here’s a Kia Sonet, which employs smart-looking aftermarket alloy wheels that look gorgeous.

The regular variant of the car gets sporty looking 16-inch alloy wheels. The Kia Sonet you see here gets 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels. These rims are in satin grey colour shade and are gelling up quite well with the paint scheme of the car. The aftermarket alloy wheels have enhanced the stance of the SUV. The mod job has been done by Kb Tyres, which is situated in Ludhiana, Punjab. Other than this, no customizations have been done on this Kia Sonet. The overall cost of this modification is not known, but it doesn’t seem to be that expensive. One can directly contact the modifier for more information. Talking about the Kia Sonet, the Korean automakers all-new sub-4-meter SUV got popular among the buyers because of its compact dimensions, feature-loaded cabin, and multiple engines and gearbox options.

It derives power from 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. The former develops 83 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque, while the latter is offered in two states of tune and it puts out 110/115 PS and 240/250 Nm of twisting force. The petrol engine comes mated to a 5-speed MT, and the diesel unit comes paired with a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed AT. The SUV is also offered with a smaller 1.0-litre turbo petrol motor as well, that produces peak power and torque outputs of 120 PS and 172 Nm, respectively. Transmission duties are done by a 6-speed iMT or 7-speed DCT.  It gets retailed at a starting price of Rs 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level variant and tops out at Rs. 13.19 lakh.
