Punjabi Celeb Parmish Verma Gets All-new Tata Safari

Tata Motors has recently launched the new-gen Safari in the Indian market. The all-new Tata SUV has started reaching dealerships across India, and the carmaker has also commenced its deliveries. The automaker has delivered the first new-gen Safari in Punjab to actor, singer & director Mr Parmish Verma. He took delivery of his Tata Safari from RSA Motors, which is an authorized Tata Motors dealership in Chandigarh. The all-new Tata Safari is retailed at a starting price of Rs 14.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base trim and goes all the way up to Rs 21.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

After getting the delivery of the first Tata Safari, Parmish Verma said, “I wanted to own the all-new Tata Safari since its launch announcement. I have been a fan of the Tata Safari since my childhood and was fortunate enough to own the earlier generation Safari too. I am delighted that Tata Motors has brought back the Safari in such a modern avatar & also thankful to Tata Motors for not just quickly delivering the iconic SUV to me but also making me the 1st customer in all of Punjab. The new Safari is modern, stylish and I cannot wait to flaunt my new drive as I take it out to conquer the roads with my family and friends.”

He bought the XZA+ automatic trim of the car. It employs features like a massive panoramic sunroof, a touchscreen infotainment unit, electrically adjustable driver’s seat, iRA connected car features, captain seats, Ashwood grey themed dashboard, Oyster white interior and much more. The Tata SUV is offered in both 6- and 7-seat configuration.

The all-new Tata Safari is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged Kryotec diesel mill, which is capable of shredding out power and torque outputs of 170 PS and 350 Nm. The engine comes paired with a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The new-gen Tata Safari is now the flagship car in the automaker’s stable.
