Customers are often seen complaining about Tata Motors' after-sales service, however, this Tata Harrier owner just can't stop sharing his great experience of Tata's service quality.

Tata Motors is producing some of the most beautiful cars in the country with the baselines of its Impact 2.0 design language. Until 2018, Tata cars looked boring; however, the situation is completely different now. In early 2019, Tata Motors launched the Harrier, and it received a warm response for its styling. Also, it was loaded to the gills with a lot of equipment on board. The Harrier has recently received an update and is now even more loaded and powerful than it originally was. But, Tata Motors’ after-sales service is still considered as a gamble. It is either a hit or a miss. Although, here’s a Tata Harrier owner who is completely satisfied by the brand’s way of dealing with customer's issues.

Tata Harrier Owner IMPRESSED with Company's Service Quality

The Harrier owner we are talking about here is Mr. Yatesh Kumar Singh and he owns an MY2019 top-spec Tata Harrier XZ. During the course of ownership, he encountered, a small part of stitching on his Harrier’s co-driver seat has gone for a toss. The Harrier owner informed the situation to a Tata dealership in January this year. The warranty manager assured him of getting the seat fixed. Singh also enquired about the same during the car’s second service, which was scheduled in February this year.

This time, however, he came across a Tata Motors’ employee who was there to brief the team about the newly-launched Altroz. The gentleman took some pictures of the damage and assured Singh of getting him a brand new co-driver seat. On June 4, 2020, Singh got himself a call from Tata Motors’ office from Lucknow to get his Harrier’s co-driver seat replaced with a new one. After receiving the new seat, the owner shared his experience on social media and he claimed that he is completely satisfied by Tata Motors’ after-sales service.
