Hyundai i20 will launch in India on 5th November 2020. Once launched, it’ll rival with the likes of Tata Altroz and Maruti Baleno.

Tata Altroz is one of the most popular cars in its segment. It was launched by the carmaker in the Indian market early this year. It rivals with the likes of Hyundai Elite i20 and Maruti Baleno. Marketing rivalries among the carmakers around the world is not a new thing in this modern world of advertising. Earlier, we’ve seen many automakers fighting with each other via different advertisements. Recently, a new rivalry is heating up between Tata Altroz and upcoming new-gen Hyundai i20. A few days back, Tata Motors shared a post taking a dig at the upcoming Hyundai i20. Tata Motors shared a tweet by posting, “You can i the trick 20 times, but it’s the treat that you fall for.”

The video uploaded by Tata Motors simply shows that the upcoming Hyundai i20 is a trick and the Tata Altroz is the treat. The all-new Hyundai i20 will become the most feature-loaded cars in its segment. It should be noted that the Tata Altroz is the safest car in its segment. The premium hatchback has scored 5-star rating at the Global NCAP crash test.

Moreover, it is also the second car in the automaker’s stable to score a 5-star safety rating after Nexon. In their tweet, the car covered under the wrap is the upcoming third-gen i20. Meanwhile, the Korean automaker has also replied to the Halloween ad by Tata in an Instagram post by saying, “The darkness has found a new treat. This is no trick. The all-new i20 is all set to treat you with its sleek style and thrilling performance. Stay tuned.”

The all-new Hyundai i20 is all set to hit the Indian shores on 5th November 2020. The 2020 model of the SUV will be powered by three different engine options, which will come paired with several transmission choices. The upcoming Hyundai i20 will be retailed in four different trim levels namely- Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta(O). It is likely to be priced between Rs 5.5 lakh to Rs 9.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
