Here are a few images of a red-coloured Tata Altroz which gets Plati brand alloy wheels that cost around Rs 23,000.

Tata Altroz is one of the best-looking hatchbacks in its segment. The premium hatchback was introduced by the carmaker earlier this year to rival the likes of Maruti Baleno and Hyundai Elite i20. Last month, Tata updated the mid-spec XT trim of the car by adding automatic climate control function. Earlier, we’ve even seen a few customized Tata Altroz, which feature a lot of aftermarket equipment. Today we’ve one such modified Tata Altroz which employs subtle customizations. These pictures were uploaded to Facebook by a user named Shivaji Brandosaur Mfa.

The Tata Altroz you see here is the XM variant of the hatchback. Talking about the customizations, it gets rain deflectors to prevent rainwater enter inside the cabin of the car along with aggressive-looking two-tone 14-inch alloy wheels. These 5-spoke alloy wheels are of Plati brand, and they cost around Rs 23,000. These aftermarket alloy wheels also feature some red accents, which gel up quite well with the overall colour shade of the car.

Other than this, no customization has been made to the car. Tata Altroz is offered in five different trim levels, namely- XE, XM, XT, XZ and XZ(O). Currently, Tata Altroz is the only car in its segment which is offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. It comes loaded with features like a 7.0-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system by Harman, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a 7.0-inch TFT digital instrument cluster, cruise control, push-button start, rear camera display, Idle start-stop, automatic climate control and much more.

The Tata Altroz derives power from 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The former puts out power and torque outputs of 86bhp and 113 Nm, while the latter produces 90bhp and 200 Nm of twisting force. Both the engine options come mated to a 5-speed MT. Soon, the automaker will introduce a new dual-clutch transmission with the car. Tata Altroz is retailed at a starting price of Rs 5.43 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level XE trim and goes all the way up to Rs 9.48 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top-spec ZX variant.
